At Haslemere Sun Club, we want you to feel confident when making purchases such as event tickets, day passes, or memberships through our website Sunnyacres.co.uk.
1. Event Tickets & Day Passes

Cancellations by You:

Tickets and passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket/day pass to another day by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Cancellations by Us:

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by Haslemere Sun Club, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

2. Memberships
- 
Cooling-Off Period:
- 
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel a new membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not already used the membership to attend the club or an event.

After 14 Days:
- 
Membership fees are non-refundable once the cooling-off period has passed.
 - 
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, relocation), refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the committee.

3. Merchandise

If we offer physical merchandise (such as clothing, towels, flags, hats), you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
 - 
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
