Haslemere Sun Club - Returns & Refunds Policy

At Haslemere Sun Club, we want you to feel confident when making purchases such as event tickets, day passes, or memberships through our website Sunnyacres.co.uk.

 

 

1. Event Tickets & Day Passes

 

 

  • Cancellations by You:

     

    • Tickets and passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket/day pass to another day by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

     

  • Cancellations by Us:

     

    • If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by Haslemere Sun Club, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

     

 

 

 

2. Memberships

 

 

  • Cooling-Off Period:

     

    • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel a new membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not already used the membership to attend the club or an event.

     

  • After 14 Days:

     

    • Membership fees are non-refundable once the cooling-off period has passed.

    • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, relocation), refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the committee.

     

 

 

 

3. Merchandise

 

 

  • If we offer physical merchandise (such as clothing, towels, flags, hats), you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

 

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds (where approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
